African Curry is not for the faint of heart, this blend is Spicy and Hot. Boasting 15 different ingredients, including many that were toasted before blending for a more intense flavor! There are many different regional curries to choose from. Two of my favorite blends are the African and Durban Curries for their highly distinct and complex flavor profiles. They are both African but the their flavors are very unique to each other. Lamb, chicken and bean curries are the most popular for the African blend. Fiery!
